                                ORDINANCE NO. 9573
                   
                   
                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHATTANOOGA CITY CODE, 
                   PART II, SECTION 24-504, SCHEDULE IV, 
                   ONE-WAY STREETS, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED 
                   HEREIN.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That:
       	    	 SECTION 1.  Chattanooga City Code, Part II, Section 
       24-504, Schedule IV, One-Way Streets, be and is hereby amended as 
       follows:
       	    	 Delete:   Tremont Street, southwardly from Frazier
       	    	      	   Avenue to River Street.
       
       	    	 Add   :   West 38th Street Place, eastwardly from
       	    	      	   Pennsylvania Avenue to St. Elmo Avenue.
       
       	    	 SECTION 2.  This Ordinance shall take effect two (2) 
       weeks from and after its passage as required by law.
